AIM :
The purpose of this project is to describe the daily transactions and work of the CST&MP credit society. The automation will provide management access to membership details, their outstanding loans, fixed deposits, recurring deposits, loan recovery etc.
CONDITIONS FOR THE MEMBERS OF THE SOCIETY :
- To become a member of the society first he must be an employee of the survey of India.
- He has to purchase certain amount of shares of society and put an application for membership. Board of Directors in the board meeting will approve the application and the he/she will become the member of the society.
- A member will be eligible to apply for loan only after expiry of three months from his date of joining
- After becoming the member he/she has to pay Rs.400 per month as CTD (compulsory thrift deposit)

User's Side Module :
The user’s side module involves the persons who are working in the society.
They are 8 modules:
- Membership
- Loans
- Ordinary Loans
- Emergency Loans
- Fixed Deposit
- Recovery
- Cheque Register
- Receipt Payment
- Balance Sheet
Administrator Side Module :
- Administrator side involves the person who looks after the entire transaction of the society. The administrator can change the password, modify the standard interest tables.
