Registration Information
In
order to speed up the procurement process and simultaneously shorten the
procurement period, APTS intended to empanel various vendors in its
lists, related to IT, Communication and Office
Automation areas for the year 2004-05. The empanelled vendors for a
particular category will receive all enquires during the
empanelment period. This will facilitate in sending enquiries for procurement of various items during the said period
without calling for newspaper notification which saves time and avoids
evaluation of pre-qualification criteria for every enquiry. The
vendors/ suppliers are classified into different categories and are requested to submit their proposals for
empanelment in a similar manner. Those
desiring to register for more than one category are expected to apply separately.
Each and every proposal will be examined separately. The tender related events are as follows:

Terms and
Conditions:

This
process is for maintaining a mailing list of vendors at
APTS and should nosst be construed as a registration of the firms
with APTS.

The
applicant should have a registered office at Hyderabad/Secunderabad
and a business of at least 12 months.

The
name of the short listed vendor will be included in the mailing
list maintained by APTS.
-
The
mailing list will be valid for the year 2004-05 only.
