Rural e-Service
Andhra Pradesh Information Service provider is intended to empower the weaker sections of the rural community through the use of ICT and to create rural techno entrepreneurs through the existing micro-finance network .
APTS provided many accessible services to the villagers through the application of ICT. The services include prices of agricultural commodities, information on horoscopes, rural market places, matrimonial services, educational services, healthcare services, grievance redressals and provision of government forms etc. Users are also provided discount coupons for three private hospitals. Other services include net-to-phone and basic computer education.
