Apts Mission

Andhra Pradesh Technology Services Limited is a wholly owned government corporation focusing on e-Governance. It provides consultancy, procurement services and implementation support to the government entities for their ICT initiatives.

Andhra Pradesh Technology Services Limited (APTSL) has been a pioneer in consultancy services to all Departments of Govt. of AP since 1986 onwards. APTS supports all State Government Departments in all IT related processes.

	From 1st February-2011, APTS will process all APTS tenders online through e-procurement platform of GoAP. All the bidders are requested to obtain PKI class-II Digital Signature Certificates (D.S.C.) to participate in APTS Tenders. Bidders to obtain the D.S.C. by 30-01-2011 and the minimum time required to process the D.S.C. application is one week.
